Nuchev (ASX:NUC) appointed Independent Non-Executive Director Nathan Cheong as chief executive officer, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Current CEO Mick Myers will transition to the role of chief operating officer, the filing said.
Cheong will earn remuneration of AU$632,000 per annum, while Myers will receive AU$380,000 per annum, the filing added.
