MOG Digitech (HKG:1942) raised HK$209.9 million in net proceeds via placement of 212,121,212 shares to Valiant Warrior at HK$0.99 apiece, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The issued shares represent 18.55% of the fintech solutions provider's enlarged issued share capital.
The firm will use the proceeds for capital injections into its existing financing services and money lending businesses, and working capital.
