Trigg Minerals Begins Trading in the US; Shares Fall 5%

Trigg Minerals (ASX:TMG) said it began trading in the US on the OTCQB market under the symbol TMGLF effective Tuesday, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

No new ordinary shares of the firm have been issued, the filing added.

It is currently in several discussions with US counterparties regarding funding initiatives and exploring synergies to advance the Wild Creek Cattle deposit in the Achilles antimony project in New South Wales, as well as progress its broader exploration portfolio.

The firm's shares fell 5% in recent trading on Wednesday.
