Zillow Group (Z) reported Q4 non-GAAP net income late Tuesday of $0.27 per diluted share, up from $0.20 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.27.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec.31 was $554 million, up from $474 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $547 million.
For Q1, the company expects revenue of $575 million to $590 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $599.6 million.
Zillow shares were down more than 8% in after-hours activity.
