Beverly JCG (SGX:9QX) has issued 61.7 million shares to investor Mark Phillip Jones at SG$0.0081 each, raising SG$500,000 and boosting its total share count to 757.3 million, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The shares will be listed on the Catalist board Friday and rank equally with existing stock, except for dividends declared before issuance.
