Clover Health Investments (CLOV) unit Counterpart Health said Wednesday it has signed a multiyear agreement for its physician enablement platform with Southern Illinois Healthcare.
The Counterpart Assistant platform will provide physicians with real-time patient insights within their workflows and support clinical decision-making with actionable data prioritizing patient outcomes, the company said.
Financial terms and other details of the agreement were not disclosed.
Southern Illinois Healthcare serves the 16 southernmost counties in the state.
