** ENPH shares up 1.4% at $67.71 on Wednesday

** Morgan Stanley ("Equal-Weight") cuts PT to $67 from $68, says demand appears shaky at best, with management highlighting a "stable" U.S. market and a mixed Europe market

** Brokerage says "tariff uncertainty could raise the hurdle for additional Fed cuts, which is a key catalyst for stronger demand in the U.S."

** BMO ("Market Perform") cuts PT to $66 from $69, says that demand remains weaker than expected and implies estimates likely need to come down again

** Jefferies ("Underperform") cuts PT to $54 from $57, says that while the U.S. market continues a slow but steady recovery, the EU market is expected to be weak through 2025

** TD Cowen cuts PT to $94 from $100, RBC cuts PT to $63 from $71
