IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 10,000 new shares at 5.92 ringgit apiece pursuant to the exercise of options under its 2022 enterprise option scheme grant, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
As a result, the company's total issued share capital now stands at roughly 20.1 billion ringgit.
The new shares will be listed on Feb. 7.
