Shares of BriaCell Therapeutics were trading at all-time lows in Monday's after-hours market, following news the company plans to sell shares in a best-efforts public offering.
After the bell, shares were trading 22% lower at $3.90. Although the stock finished the day's regular session at $5.04, relatively flat, shares were at an all-time low of $4.66 during Monday's session.
The biotechnology company said it will use proceeds from the offering primarily for working capital requirements, general corporate purposes, and the advancement of business objectives.
BriaCell said it is developing novel immunotherapies to transform cancer care.
