Ingersoll Rand Acquires SSI Aeration

Ingersoll Rand on Monday said it acquired SSI Aeration, which designs and makes wastewater treatment plant equipment.

The acquisition will enable Ingersoll Rand the opportunity to expand its capabilities in wastewater treatment, and to provide more comprehensive wastewater treatment solutions, the company said.

SSI has about $30 million in annual revenue and manufacturing facilities in the U.S., South Korea, and India.
