China Silver Group (HKG:0815) has completed the issue of 388,044,853 shares to two subscribers to offset two loans granted to unit Jiangxi Longtianyong Nonferrous Metals, a Jan. 28 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares represent a total of 16.57% of the silver product maker's enlarged issued share capital.
Of this, 129,516,934 of the shares were issued to Journey Grace to offset a loan granted by Shanghai Ougen Information Consulting, while the company issued 258,527,919 shares to Medal Chains Internet Technology against a 60.3 million yuan loan by Shanghai Qimao Trading.
The parties entered into an agreement regarding the loan capitalization in January.
