SAN FRANCISCO, January 28, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced its board of directors approved a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.40 per share, payable March 1, 2025, to stockholders of record on Feb. 7, 2025.
