Sanxun Holdings Group (HKG:6611) and its subsidiaries and associates recorded contracted sales of 345 million yuan for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The group recorded a contracted gross floor area of 53,412 square meters, whereas the average selling price was 6,467 yuan per square meter.
