1353 ET - Fortescue's former CEO Andrew Forrest said he is concerned for the American people "if their only choice of energy is dirty." Forrest said in an interview at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, that he thinks there will be a slowdown in energy availability "no matter what orders are passed from the White House and the increase in AI." To be sure, Forrest said if the same enthusiasm is pursued for renewable energy as has been with fossil fuel, then "opportunity still exists" for America. (emily.glazer@wsj.com)
