Shares of Diginex fell following the company's initial public offering.
The stock, which was paused several times for volatility Friday morning, was recently down 30%, to $8.94. Shares traded as high as $10.26 earlier in the day, before dipping to $6.65.
The software company said its products and services are designed to help companies address environmental, social and governance issues.
On Thursday, Diginex closed its IPO, selling nearly 2.3 million ordinary shares for $4.10 apiece.
It said it received over $9.2 million in gross proceeds from the offering, which it intends to use for working capital and general corporate purposes.
