Nano Labs (NA) said Tuesday that it made a strategic investment in Hangzhou Weiheng Technology, securing a 5% stake in the company.
Hangzhou Weiheng Technology develops artificial intelligence-focused ASIC compute-storage chips and Nano Labs said the company's products "can be integrated with DeepSeek's latest large models."
No financial details were disclosed.
Shares of Nano Labs were up more than 16% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
