Keppel (SGX:BN4) placed its wholly owned dormant subsidiary, Keppel Telecoms, under members' voluntary liquidation, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.
The liquidation is not expected to impact the company's earnings per share for the year ending Dec. 31, the filing added.
