0803 ET - Sofi Technologies shares slide despite a strong 4Q report as its 2025 earnings guidance comes in just shy of analyst forecasts. The financial services company says it expects a profit of $285 million to $305 million this year, or 25 cents to 27 cents a share. Analysts polled by FactSet are currently targeting 28 cents a share. First-quarter earnings are expected to hit 3 cents a share, missing current projections for 5 cents a share. The stock is down 14% at $15.44 premarket. Meanwhile, guidance for $3.2 billion to $3.275 billion in adjusted 2025 net revenue handily tops Wall Street views. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
