Vertical Aerospace (EVTL) said Thursday it priced its public offering at $6 per unit, targeting $90 million.
Shares plunged 41% as intraday trading volume rose to over 3.7 million from the stock's daily average of roughly 219,000.
Electronic Arts (EA) shares slumped 17% amid heavy trading after the company reported preliminary fiscal Q3 net revenue of about $1.88 billion that missed market expectations.
More than 12.9 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 2.08 million.
