IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F) issued 10,000 new shares priced at 5.67 Malaysian ringgit under its 2015 Enterprise Option Scheme, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Following the issue, IHH's total issued shares increased to 8,814,162,463, with a share capital of 20.06 billion ringgit. The new shares will be listed on Jan. 24.
