Canoo (GOEV) shares were down 66% in recent Tuesday premarket activity after the company said Friday it filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the US Bankruptcy Code.

FTAI Aviation (FTAI) stock was 26% lower after the company said in a regulatory filing its annual report on Form 10-K for fiscal 2024 may be delayed after its board's audit committee decided to start a review of "assertions alleged" by short seller Muddy Waters Research in the Jan. 15 report.

Orangekloud Technology (ORKT) shares were down 20%, extending Friday's plunge.

New Oriental Education & Technology Group (EDU) stock was down 14% after the company posted lower fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income and issued lower-than-expected fiscal Q3 net revenue guidance.

KeyCorp (KEY) shares were down 4% after the company reported lower Q4 revenue.
