China Water Affairs Group (HKG:0855) is proposing to issue blue bonds, the pricing of which is yet to be determined, a Monday bourse filing said.
The firm will use proceeds from the proposed issue to repay certain offshore debts in accordance with its green and blue finance framework.
The company has applied to list the bonds on the Singapore bourse.
Morgan Stanley, CICC, Barclays, HSBC, and China CITIC Bank will serve as the deal's joint global coordinators.
