Oversea-Chinese Banking or OCBC (SGX:O39) repurchased 350,000 shares from the open market for nearly SG$6 million or about SG$17.03 apiece on Thursday, a same-day filing with the Singapore bourse stated.
The bank can buy back a maximum of 225,030,226 shares under its repurchase mandate, according to the disclosure.
