Hepsiburada, Vodafone Team Up to Offer E-Commerce Services in Turkey

D-Market Electronic Services & Trading's (HEPS) Hepsiburada platform is partnering with Vodafone's (VOD) regional unit to improve e-commerce and telecommunication services for their customers in Turkey, the companies said Friday.

The collaboration adds the Hepsiburada for Vodafone Users platform for the 16 million customers using Vodafone's Yanimda app, with Hepsiburada managing end-to-end operations, the companies said.

Vodafone Red members will receive complimentary membership to Hepsiburada's loyalty program and can also qualify for free delivery, 3% cashback, and a complimentary subscription to Warner Bros. Discovery's (WBD) BluTV video-on-demand service, the companies added.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

D-Market shares were more than 3% higher in afternoon trading while Vodafone was fractionally lower.
