Mawson Infrastructure Group said it named William Regan as its new chief financial officer.
He succeeds William Harrison, who stepped down to spend more time with his family, and who will continue to serve the company as a senior adviser for a period of time, Mawson said.
Regan joined Mawson in 2024 as deputy CFO. Prior to that, he held a number of CFO and senior finance positions at companies including Everything Blockchain, Inc., Rentech, and National Golf Properties, Mawson said.
Mawson said it is a technology company focused on digital infrastructure platforms for artificial intelligence, high-performance computing and digital assets markets.
