IHH Healthcare Berhad (SGX:Q0F) issued 660,000 new shares under its Enterprise Option Scheme (EOS), according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The shares were priced at 6.02 Malaysian ringgit per grant share.
Following the corporate action, IHH's total issued shares increased to 8,813,804,463, with a share capital of 20.06 billion ringgit. The new shares will be listed on Jan. 15.
