NetApp to Sell Spot Business to Flexera

NetApp (NTAP) has agreed to sell its Spot by NetApp FinOps business to Flexera, which is backed by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, Flexera said Wednesday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal could be valued at around $100 million, Bloomberg reported, citing unnamed sources.

NetApp referred MT Newswires to the Flexera statement. Thoma Bravo did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' requests for comment.
