KWG Group Holdings (HKG:1813), along with its associates and joint ventures, recorded pre-sales of 970 million yuan for December 2024, nearly 27% lower year-on-year, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The corresponding pre-sales area was 50,600 square meters for the reporting period, reflecting a 32% decrease year-on-year.
