Keppel (SGX:BN4) disclosed the members' voluntary liquidation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Keppel Technology and Innovation, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The move is not expected to materially affect Keppel's net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec. 31.
