Haitong Securities (HKG:6837, SHA:600837) said its chairman, Zhou Jie, resigned due to work adjustment, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Li Jun will succeed Zhou, who has been chairman since 2016. Li serves a general manager for the company.
