KB Home (KBH) reported fiscal Q4 diluted earnings late Monday of $2.52 per share, up from $1.85 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.44.
Revenue for the quarter that ended Nov. 30 was $2 billion, up from $1.67 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.99 billion.
The company said it expects fiscal 2025 housing revenue to be in the range of $7 billion to $7.50 billion.
Shares of KB Home were up nearly 8% in after-hours activity.
