Arrow Minerals (ASX:AMD) said drilling results at its Niagara bauxite project in Guinea delivered high-grade intercepts from the surface in several drill holes, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
It reported intercepts of 11 meters at 55.6% aluminum oxide and 1.7% silica from the surface and 11 meters at 55.8% aluminum oxide and 1.2% silica from 3 meters, the filing said.
The results have identified a 14-kilometer square of high-grade mineralization.
The mining firm has begun mineral resource estimation work, and a scoping study is scheduled for completion in the June quarter.
