BEST (BEST) said Friday it received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange that it is not compliant with the exchange's listing rules due to its failure to timely file its Form 6-K for the half-year ended June 30, 2024.
The company said its shares will no longer be listed upon completion of its privatization efforts.
