Tuan Sing CEO Liem buys 1.39 mil shares on the open market

The transactions brought Liem's total stake in the company to 54.59%.

Tuan Sing Holdings 5ic’ CEO William Nursalim alias William Liem bought 1.39 million shares on the open market on two occasions. The shares were bought through an entity called Nuri Holdings, which Liem is a controlling shareholder and managing director of.

On Jan 9, Liem bought 653,700 shares for $176,499 or 27 cents apiece. He then bought another 735,200 shares for $198,504, also representing 27 cents per share on Jan 10.

Both transactions brought Liem’s total stake in the company to 54.59%.

Shares in Tuan Sing closed 0.5 cents higher or 1.85% up at 27.5 cents on Jan 10.
