China Jinmao Holdings Group (HKG:0817) reported contracted sales of 15.26 billion yuan for December 2024, while contracted gross floor sales area for the month reached 1.2 million square meters, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Cumulative sales in 2024 totaled 98.26 billion yuan, corresponding to a GFA of 5.8 million square meters, the filing said.
The property business' subscribed but unrecorded sales as of Dec. 31 amounted to 1.70 billion yuan.
The company's stocks were down by over 3% in recent trading.
