Jan 7 (Reuters) - Wireless operator Crown Castle's CCI.N Chief Financial Officer Daniel Schlanger will step down from his role effective March 31, 2025, according to a filing by the company on Tuesday.
Last year, the company named Steven Moskowitz as its chief executive, succeeding interim CEO Anthony Melone. Previous CEO Jay Brown had stepped down in December 2023 following pressure from activist investor Elliott Investment Management.
The company, which is in advanced talks to sell its fiber unit to buyout firm TPG TPG.O, has not yet named a new CFO.
