Wynn Macau (HKG:1128) along with its subsidiary Wynn Resorts (Macau) entered into an intellectual property license agreement with Wynn NKH and terminated the previous similar license agreement with Wynn Resorts and Wynn Resorts Holdings, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Due to certain intercompany licensing arrangements of Wynn Resorts, the company had to terminate its previous agreement.
The intellectual properties of Wynn Resorts and Wynn NKH include the usage of WYNN-related trademarks, copyrights, service marks, and domain names among others for various goods and services.
The group will pay a minimum of $1.5 million monthly as the license fee while the annual cap for the license agreement is set at about $150 million.
