Roadzen shares were 9.6% higher after pricing its public offering.
Shares were trading around $2.73. The stock is up 26% on the year.
The artificial intelligence company has priced its offering of roughly 2.2 million shares at $2.25 a share, equating to gross proceeds of about $5 million before fees and expenses. The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering primarily for costs directly related to sales and market, research and development, and working capital and general corporate purposes, among other efforts.
