Xinyi Solar (HKG:0968) submitted an application to the relevant regulator for the proposed issue of up to 3 billion yuan of debt financing instruments in China, a Dec. 27 bourse filing said.
The instruments, if approved, may be issued in multiple tranches for a period of a maximum of two years. The final terms of the bonds are yet to be determined, according to the solar photovoltaic glass maker.
