Yeqing Zhu resigned as chairman and chief executive officer of New Horizon Health (HKG:6606) on Monday due to health reasons, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Since the firm believes Zhu's management style differs from that of the other board members, it will convene an extraordinary general meeting to remove him from the post of executive director.
The developer of cancer screening tests named Naxin Yao, a non-executive director, as its new chairman.
Trading in the company's shares, which has been suspended since March 28, remains suspended.
