TalkMed Group (SGX:5G3) received a privatization offer from TW Troy through a scheme arrangement priced at SG$0.456 per share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The company's issued and paid up share capital is SG$27.7 million, comprising 1,329,138,271 shares.
TW Troy is a special purpose vehicle established by oncology group, Tamarind Health.
The proposed acquisition is expected to provide customers of both companies with a "wider range of services and expertise under a combined entity," according to the filing.
Following the completion of the scheme of arrangement, the company will be delisted and removed from the official list of the SGX.
Shares of the medical services provider surged nearly 6% in recent trading.
