Nanofilm Technologies International's executive director and group CEO Gary Ho has tendered his resignation to pursue other interests, effective Jan 1, 2025.
Ho will remain with the company until June 13, 2025 to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
Executive chairman and founder Shi Xu will be stepping in as group CEO. Xu served as CEO from 1999 to 2017, before assuming the role of interim CEO from June 22, 2021 to Dec 31, 2021 during “critical transitional periods”.
Xu will assume the position of chairman cum group CEO from Jan 1, 2025.
Shares in Nanofilm closed 1.5 cents lower or 2% down on Dec 20 at 73 cents.
