Oxley (SGX:5UX) conducted a soft opening of its first Shangri-La hotel in Cambodia, Shangri-La Phnom Penh, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.
The hotel comprises 303 guestrooms and suites and a rooftop bar.
