Xero Cuts Chief Executive's Base Pay, Target Short-Term Incentive

Xero (ASX:XRO) reduced Chief Executive Sukhinder Singh Cassidy's base pay and target short-term incentive to $540,000 from $735,000, effective April 1, 2025, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Cassidy's long-term incentive and long-term equity for fiscal 2026 will increase to $14.1 million, boosting her annual total target remuneration to $15.2 million, the filing said.

Further, Cassidy will receive a one-off grant of 575,000 options exercisable at AU$171.11 for a total of $26.5 million, to be vested in three equal tranches, the filing added.
