Volumes of both condominium and HDB rental declined, according to a report by the Singapore Business Review, citing data from 99.co and SRX on Friday.

Condo rental prices were up 0.2% month over month, mainly due to a 0.8% increase in the Outside Central Region, while prices in the Core Central Region and Rest of Central Region declined by 0.6% and 0.1% respectively, according to the report.

Condo rental prices were down 1.3% year over year in November, the report said.

According to data, 5,010 condo units were rented out in November, compared to 5,712 units in the previous month.

HDB rental prices were up 4.2% year over year while rental volumes for HDB flats declined 13.8% month over month, the report added.

However, analysts expect condo rental prices to remain stable, mainly due to improved employment conditions.
