Thakral Ltd (SGX:AWI) is investing SG$6.4 million in a mixed-use real estate project in Gurugram, marking its debut in India, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The 21-acre development, through subsidiary Paramount Investments, will include a hospital, residential units, and auxiliary healthcare facilities, co-investing with Platinum Healthcare.
The project targets India's growing medical tourism and real estate sectors, with Gurugram's affluent demographics and rising healthcare demand offering strategic advantages.
