Road King Infrastructure's (HKG:1098) newly-launched apartments at its Mori project in Tuen Mun are priced at an eight-year low of HK$9,175 per square foot, The Standard reported Monday.
The average price is 17% below that of the first batch released in September, the report said.
Meanwhile Wing Tai Properties (HKG:0369) sold one apartment at 1,161 square feet through bidding for HK$13.6 million at HK$11,714 per square foot, 40% lower compared with similar-typed apartments three years ago, the report said.
