Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure's (HKG:1052) subsidiary Yuexiu (China) Transport Infrastructure Investment has applied for the registration of the offering of three billion-yuan corporate bonds with the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shanghai Stock Exchange has confirmed that it will consider the application.
The bonds will be issued by the company and the issuer, with a credit rating of AAA from the China Chengxin International Credit Rating, will issue the bonds in multiple tranches as and when appropriate.
