GPT Healthcare (NSE:GPTHEALTH, BOM:544131) has entered into a memorandum of understanding for the construction of a hospital building in Jamshedpur, India to be let out on lease, according to a Thursday filing to the stock exchanges.
The agreement has been entered with individuals Naveen Singh, Ankur Singh, Shruti Singh, Vinayak Singh, Akshat Singh, Avinash Gaurav, and Kavita Singh, the filing said.
