Essex Property Trust Declares Quarterly Distributions

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 06, 2024-- 

Essex Property Trust, Inc. $(ESS)$ announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $2.45 per common share, payable January 15, 2025 to shareholders of record as of January 2, 2025.
